JENNIFER REYNOSO- PROJECT MANAGER
Emerson Kelly- President/owner
Retired Lieutenant Commander from the US Navy, Emerson served our country for 26 years. He has served in many leadership positions and knows how to manage people and projects.
Since launching E Kelly Enterprises in September of 2007 he has worked on several prestigious construction projects. His goal is to exceed the construction industry standard and provide the highest level of service. Emerson has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science from Jacksonville University.

Jennifer started as an intern with E Kelly Enterprises in April of 2009.
Upon graduation from the University of North Florida she began working full time as a project manager. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management as well as a concentration in Sustainable and Commercial Construction. She was President of Sigma Lambda Chi, International Construction Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Over the last 6 years Jennifer has completed numerous projects in a multitude of construction sectors. Her projects range from small tenant build outs to $1.25 million in size focusing primarily on divisions 8, 10 & 12. Project types include Military, Retail, Commercial, Industrial and managed projects for our own City of Jacksonville.
Jennifer manages the project from start to finish and strives to offer a level of service that contractors can depend on.
